Today I decided to try a fun little project to see if you can take a photo an hour throughout the day and paint a picture of what that day consisted of. I used Instagram and posted everything to Facebook, Flickr and Twitter with the hash tag #photoeveryhour.
I picked a pretty good day to do it. I had meetings in downtown Minneapolis that took me around and got me outside, had some variety in other locations and finished up the day with a birthday party at the park with a surprise guest TC Bear of the Minnesota Twins. It was not planned but turned out to be a pretty neat experiment. Now taking a photo every hour is a lot harder than it sounds, but now I can say I did it. I will probably do it again, but not anytime soon or very often.
Here's a break down of the slide show
- Time to wake up - Light breaking through the blinds
- Off To Work - Driving into the sunrise
- Commute - Traffic was unusually light this morning
- Keys - Staring at the keyboard
- Two Towers - The IDS tower on the left and the Wells Fargo tower on the right in Minneapolis.
- Look Up - Bottom up view of the Ameriprise Tower
- Vators - Waiting...
- Tunnel - A delivery tunnel
- Skyline - Minneapolis skyline
- Hallway - Skyway hallway
- Where's My Car? - Parking garage
- Home - Back home
- Park Time - Birthday party location
- TC Bear - The surprise guest at the party
- Minnesota Dusk - Sunset soon
Enjoy.
End of Line.
