Living in the area of Savage, Burnsville, Prior Lake and Lakeville, Minnesota, I am signed up for police alerts and updates for the cities around me. Recently I received not one but two alerts from Savage's finest in the past two weeks about some Level 3 Sex Offenders moving into the community. As a public service to Minnesotans, you may or may not be singed up to receive those alerts, so I will pass them along. I recommend to check with your local Law Enforcement Agency and see if they have email services to keep the public informed. Not just for these types of alerts but for any activity that deems public awareness.
I feel that all members of the community have a responsibility that the community stays a civil community and you can't do that unless we all know what's going on. I am not saying that these two gentlemen pose a threat anymore, they have done their time. For all we know your boozed up, chronic drunk driving neighbor is more of a danger to you than these guys are.
