Week 5 came and went and not only did I lose, I got my clock cleaned. The Miller Lite Maulers had Tony Romo who threw for 500 yards and 5 TD passes. When a team's quarter back scores almost half of what most team's score, you aren't going to win. I got blown out, destroyed, killed, whipped, blasted, and so on.
My team was in the top half for points scored again, so the team is scoring well but the 139.7 points that was thrown up against me will probably top out as the highest this season. Not much more can be said about that.
Victor Cruz is now the anchor on my team, the New York Giants are surprisingly horrific and Cruz is getting double covered so he is not getting any looks and fewer catches. The core destruction of my team was the loss of my two running backs. I don't think I will be able to recover now.
I drop to 1-4 now. Time to move on to Week 6.
